Extra Wide Griddle Spatula, 5.5" Heavy Duty Stainless Steel Spatula for Flat Top Griddles

The blade is 5/64" stainless steel, thick enough that it doesn’t bend when the pile on top gets heavy. The neck is offset, so the blade lies flat on the cooktop and slides under food while your knuckles stay up off the heat. The handle has a soft grip that stays secure even when your hands are greasy. There’s a stainless loop on the end so you can hang it on your griddle’s tool hooks between cooks.
