Braize started in Russell, Illinois, where I, Chuck, grew up. I learned the value of hard work and the joy of sharing meals with loved ones there. After a trip to the World Champion Barbecue Cooking Competition in Memphis, grilling became my passion.

I noticed that many grilling tools on the market didn’t meet the needs of true grill enthusiasts. That’s why I created Braize. Our mission is to craft tools that grillers can trust and love.

Our debut, the kabob grilling basket, was our first promise to you. And the response? Overwhelming. It wasn't just about a product; it was a message that grillers were seeking a brand that understood them, a brand they could trust.
